Butterfly Experience

Experience the thrill of walking amongst and interacting with these colourful and spectacular invertebrates whilst learning all about their fascinating life cycle, the importance of butterflies in our environment and how you can attract butterflies to your own garden.

Tour Highlights:

• Spend 10 minutes inside the Butterfly Enclosure in groups of up to 4 people, along with the Invertebrate Keeper.
• Visitors can experience butterflies flying around them, and see all stages of butterfly development.
• Listen to a brief rundown about the workings of the Butterfly Enclosure.

Program Details:

Availability:     Tuesday – Saturday (warmer months - December to April)

Time:              12.00noon – 1.00pm

Number:         Maximum of 4 people per group

Age:                All ages.  All children (15 years and under) must purchase a ticket and be 

                       accompanied by a paying adult.  Infants 1 year old and under may enter for

                       free, but must be held by an adult and do not count towards the group 

                       number. 

Duration:        10 minutes

Cost:              $12.00 per person

                       Note:  price increases to $12.50 from 1st July, 2023

Entry to Cleland Wildlife Park is not included.  Valid entry is compulsory for all experiences/encounters, and may be purchased in addition to this
booking, or on the day of your visit.
